• DO NOT add suffixes like 'th' 'nd' to dates or grades.
• DO NOT write subject as 'update of the week', etc.
• DO NOT reply to a previous email thread, etc.
• DO NOT forward the email content.
• DO NOT resend the content for a given week to avoid redundancy on the blog.
• Posts will be published on the blog within 24 hours after sending.
