Hari Om Parents,
We began our class with opening prayers and introduced a new seating arrangement, which greatly enhanced the children's attention and focus. After the prayers, we had a brief discussion about the importance of punctuality, encouraging the children to arrive five to ten minutes before the scheduled class time of 9:15 AM. This helps them settle in and come prepared with the right mindset for Bala Vihar.
Our class covered two main topics today: "Keys to Success" and an introduction to the Ramayana. To engage the children, we asked them reflective questions such as:
* What is a key?
* What makes you happy?
We shared two meaningful stories to illustrate these ideas: "Life's Master Key" and "The Horse That Became a Camel". Afterward, we began our exploration of the Ramayana, focusing on the characters in the Bala Kanda and discussing parts of the Ramamaya that involved Vishwamitra. We will continue exploring that in the next class.
We concluded the session with a Geetha chanting premier video, followed by a small bhajan.
