Mahabharata:

Pandavas entered into the last year of exile and decided to be in Virat's kingdom of Matsya. Yudhishtira disguised as the king's advisor and gambler by the name -Kanaka. Bhima became the cook -Vallala/Ballala. Arjuna disguised as a woman to teach music and dance to the women of the palace by the name Brihannala. Draupadi became the queen's maid known as Sairandhri. Nakula and Sahadeva decided to become stable hand and cowherd by name Damagranthi and Tantripal.

Ten months of their exile period went peacefully, until Queen Sudhekshana's brother Keechaka visited them. He was the commander-in-chief of the Virat army. Keechaka got fascinated by Draupadi's beauty and wanted to marry her despite knowing that she is already wedded to five gandharvas who protected her. Helpless queen Sudhekshana, arranges for a meet between Draupadi and Keechaka. He forces Draupadi to marry him and helplessly she seeks protection from king Virat who refused to help her in fear. Yudhishtira intervenes when Draupadi was getting abused in the court asking her to wait for the right time to punish Keechaka.

Bhima comes up with a plan to kill Keechaka. Draupadi invites him to meet her alone in the dancing hall at night. When Keechaka discovers Bhima in place of Sairandhri, there was a fierce fight and after several minutes Keechaka lay dead. Everyone suspected the gandharva husbands of Sairandhri were the cause of Keechaka's death. The step brothers of Keechaka tried to put her in his pyre to burn her alive. Bhima came right in time for her rescue. The queen allowed Sairandhri to remain in the kingdom upon her request.

Thank you,
Sachin and Sirisha
