Hari Om Dear Families,
We had a fun Sunday morning with our kids. Please find below the summary of our class on Sunday, September15th 2024.
Greetings of Hari Om with their name and what they like as a hobby.
Opening Prayers: We chanted 3 OMs followed by the following opening Prayers
- Om Sahanavavatu
Started with Ganesha prayer "Sukalambara dharam vishnum"
Kids are given an opportunity to come in front and lead the group for chanting.
Exercise time: Did some balancing poses and exercise
Ganesha Art Project: We did a drawing of Ganesha each one of us.
Lesson on Avatar: We discussed very briefly about what an avatar is.

Class starts at 9:15 AM sharp with opening prayers. Please make sure kids are inside the classroom 5 mins before the class starts.
Please make sure kids use the restroom before entering the class.
