This week was special at Bala Vihar. May 8th was Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda ji's birthday. As part of the Guru Pādukā Pūjā, our students helped set up a beautiful offering in honor of Pujya Gurudev.
All the students of Bala Vihar got to perform the pooja. Each child received their own pūjā plate thoughtfully prepared by our JCHYKs, with Gurudev's picture, flowers, akshatā (decorated rice), and prasadam. Our students helped with arranging the setup as well as cleaning up after the pooja, making it a collective act of devotion and seva.
It was heartwarming to see them truly connecting with the spirit of Guru Bhakti.
